Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all purpose flour 
  • 1 cup dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt 
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground poultry seasoning

Instructions
 

  • For creamier gravy, use milk rather than water to prepare gravy. 
  • Whisk all ingredients together until well incorporated.
  • Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
  • To Make
    Melt 2 tablespoons of fat butter in a sauce pan,
    Add 3 tablespoons of gravy mix, coo k on medium-low heat for 3 minutes (making a roux), then pour in 1 cup water or milk.
    Whisk and cook until thickened.This equals 18 store bought packets.
