marshmallow cream

white chocolate chips

butter

green food coloring
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
In a sauce pan combine the butter, evaporated milk, and sugar.
Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Boil for 8 minutes or until the temperature reaches 235F.
Take off stove and stir in a few drops of green food coloring until the desired color is reached.
Pour into a 9×13 pan. Decorate with witch or spooky sprinkles and candies. Cool and slice into 1 inch squares.
