Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups  sugar
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk 
  • 7 ounces  marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 stick butter 
  • 1 tsp  vanilla
  • green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
  • In a sauce pan combine the butter, evaporated milk, and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Boil for 8 minutes or until the temperature reaches 235F.
  • Take off stove and stir in a few drops of green food coloring until the desired color is reached.
  • Pour into a 9×13 pan. Decorate with witch or spooky sprinkles and candies. Cool and slice into 1 inch squares.
