Ingredients
  

  • 3 whole tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cups chopped green onions
  • 3 tbsps chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 2 tsps minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsps minced fresh oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 16 ounces  Homemade zesty Italian dressing by bellyfull (or a store-bought bottle)
  • 1 pound Spaghetti
  • 1/2 of a English cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup cubed Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni , cut into quarters

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, oregano, rosemary, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well, and let sit at room temperature for at least an hour.
  • After an hour, boil water for pasta. Add salt, and cook pasta to al dente. Drain, and toss with the rest of the ingredients. Give it a gentle toss, then pour the Italian dressing over the pasta.
    Toss again to coat everything well.
