Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and and preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl put the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and whisk to combine. Stir in mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, pecans, and chocolate chips.
Use a ¼ measuring cup form 12 cookies on your cookie sheet. Flatten the top of each cookie on the baking sheet and bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
