- Parmesan Cheese
- Dried herbs
Mozzarella is great to use but you can use any type of cheese that your family likes and melts easily.
Layer and Assemble:
- Arrange in a Christmas tree shape….. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, start by arranging your dough balls in the shape of a Christmas tree. Begin with a triangle at the top and gradually add rows of dough balls until you form the tree. Make sure the dough balls are close together but not touching too tightly so they have room to expand while baking.

Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the pizza dough into 33 pieces, about 1-inch each.
- Work each piece of dough into a disc shape and place a piece of the cheese stick in the center. Close up the dough, pressing the seams shut, so it's like a little ball.
- Arrange the pieces of dough on a parchment lined baking sheet to form the Christmas tree shape. Start with the tree leaving enough room for the trunk. Make a row of 7 balls of dough. They should be touching. Then follow that with a row of 6, then 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. You should have 4 dough balls left. Make 2 rows of 2 to form the tree trunk.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter on the dough balls with a pastry brush.
- Bake 16-18 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with a marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
