Orange and Honey Butter

- Orange zest
- Orange juice
- Honey
This Orange Honey Butter Recipe can be whipped in less than 5 minutes, or you can make it up to 3 days ahead.
A fun way to serve it for Easter is to spread the butter on a long sheet of plastic wrap and roll up into a log, chill or freeze and cut off 1/2 inch disks of the flavored butter as needed.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Once your butter flavors are mixed and smooth, let them sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to combine and saturate the butter.
- Enjoy your flavored butter right away served fresh and soft or you can chill in your refrigerator to enjoy a firmer butter.
- Roll your butter in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Just spoon the butter onto the wrap and roll it up with twisted ends for freshness. Keep in the refrigerator and enjoy!!
