Do you love pie as much as I do? I love lots of different pies. I think my favorite are Summer Berry Pie, Banana Cream Pie, and Lemon Meringe Pie.
I always remembered my mom would take leftover pie crust, cut it into pieces, (we call them pie crust sticks) and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on it and bake it. A yummy childhood memory.
My granddaughter was over the over day and she wanted to make some pie crust sticks. We worked together to make them and enjoyed some together.

- Instant vanilla pudding mix
- Vanilla extract
- Frozen whipped topping
- Graham cracker crust
- Bananas

Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 12 ounces carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 (9 inches) graham cracker crust
- 2 sliced medium firm bananas, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk, pudding mix and vanilla for 2 minutes. Then fold in 3 cups whipped topping.
- Pour 1-1/3 cups pudding mixture into pie crust. Layer with banana slices and remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Put into your refrigerator until you are read to serve.
