I love Valentine’s Day, but just like any other holiday you don’t have to spend a lot when you celebrate giving a Valentine Treat to your favorite people. Today I am going to share with an amazing recipe for Valentine’s Strawberry Fudge. It is so darn easy you will want to make it over and over again! You will want to make a double batch of Valentine’s Strawberry Fudge to give to family and friends or freeze for later.
HOW WAS FUDGE INVENTED??
On Valentine’s Day, 1886, a confectioner and chocolate maker in Baltimore, Maryland “fudged” a batch of French caramels. The delicious result? The very first batch of “fudge” ever.
When we think of fudge we always think of chocolate fudge but today we are going to make Strawberry Fudge that could become your favorite fudge for Valentine’s Day or any other day.
I love its pink color and it will be the star of your dessert table for your Valentine’s Day Party.
