This simple recipe for Raspberry Vinaigrette is so simple to make. This bright pink dressing will add a special touch to your salads. You can use different berries in place of raspberries as well, like strawberries in place of the raspberries.
A few years ago my friend and I would go over to Wendy’s and have a summer salad with spinach salad with, red onion, strawberries, chicken chunks, and nuts. They served it with a Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. It was delicious!
In the summer I always have fresh raspberries but you can use frozen berries to make this salad dressing. Just let them defrost first and follow the recipe.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED….
Raspberries…I have a raspberry patch in my garden and it is so wonderful to be able to pick your own. I freeze a lot so I always have some on hand for so many recipes.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Lemon juice
Honey…..To sweeten just a bit.
Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
Add dressing to a glass jar with a lid to store this raspberry vinaigrette for up to a week in the fridge. The dressing sometimes separates after sitting in the fridge, but if you shake it up you will get that smooth texture again!
If you’ve never tried a good raspberry vinaigrette, I highly recommend it!
