Copykat Starbucks Medicine Ball
This winter is finding a lot of people sick with Colds and flu. I am going on a week with a cold that I am sure is a new form of some kind of flu this year.
I remember as a little girl when I would come down with a cold my mother would rub Vicks Vapo Rub all over my chest and warm up a piece of flannel in the oven and put it on my chest as well. It seemed to make me feel better.
This cold starts with a sore throat, then cough, then a runny nose. Tonight I think it must be settling in my ears as they are hurting. A visit to the doctor might be in my future this upcoming week.
