Ingredients
- 3 whole tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cups chopped green onions
- 3 tbsps chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsps salt
- 2 tsps minced fresh rosemary
- 2 tsps minced fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 16 ounces Homemade zesty Italian dressing by bellyfull (or a store-bought bottle)
- 1 pound Spaghetti
- 1/2 of a English cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup cubed Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni , cut into quarters
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, oregano, rosemary, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well, and let sit at room temperature for at least an hour.
- After an hour, boil water for pasta. Add salt, and cook pasta to al dente. Drain, and toss with the rest of the ingredients. Give it a gentle toss, then pour the Italian dressing over the pasta. Toss again to coat everything well.
