Lazy Fried Chicken
My daughter loves to cook like her mother and she shared this delicious Lazy Fried Chicken recipe with me. This delicious chicken is family-friendly and super easy to make. The secret ingredient in this recipe is corn flakes. I use to make this at work but used Rice Krispies. It was soooo good and everyone loved it. Crunchy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside believe me you will be making this often! We like to use boneless chicken breasts. They are so easy to cut into strips. Make sure to use chicken that is NOT frozen if you want good results.I crush my cornflakes by putting them in a ziplock bag and running my rolling pin over them. I do not crush them into dust as we like the crunch on our chicken. There are several sauces you can use to dip these tenders in let me share a few….Honey Dijon SauceHomemade Chick-fil-A SauceRaising Cane's SauceEasy Buffalo Chicken Dip
