Pizzadillas (Easy Lunch)

When my kids were growing up I loved to make easy nutritious meals for lunch. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches get old after a while so let me introduce you to a Pizzadilla.
A Pizzadilla combines a crispy tortilla and melty cheese with your favorite pizza toppings. So DELICIOUS and EASY TO MAKE!! This is one meal your kids will want often.
INGREDIENTS….
- Pizza sauce
- Flour tortillas
- Mozzarella
- Pepperoni
- Italian Seasoning
- Dipping sauce…. extra pizza sauce works great as a dipping sauce.
You probably have most of these ingredients already. You can even switch this Pizzadilla recipe up by adding some other of your other favorite pizza toppings, such as mushrooms, onions, crumbled sausage.
This recipe for Pizzadillas can easily be doubled or tripled to have for a quick lunch throughout the week. When ready to eat just reheat in microwave until the cheese melts.
Perfect for a quick lunch, or easy dinner, serve your pizzadilla with a side salad and fresh fruit for a yummy meal your family is going to love.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 pepperoni slices
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp pizza sauce
- Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat your frying pan and add in butter and melt, then place your first tortilla in pan.
- Make your pizzadilla, by adding sauce, followed by cheese, pepperoni slices, and seasonings.
- Place your second tortilla on top and heat both sides until golden brown.
- Slice pizzadillas and serve with pizza sauce, and Enjoy♥.
