Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl with a handheld mixer, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Start mixing on medium-low speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Once the mixture starts to increase in volume, increase the speed to medium-high and continue mixing until stiff peaks form.
